Branding for Tales Of Unexpected

Design and creation of logo and website for a Milan indie band

The "Tales of Unexpected" project involved me creating the logo and website for the Milan-based indie band of the same name. The logo had to reflect the unique personality of the band, whose lyrics are deeply influenced by Roald Dahl's collection of short stories from which they take their name.

The website, created with Adobe Muse, featured several carefully designed sections: a homepage with a hero showing their album cover, a biography of the band, a collection of their songs, and a video of their most famous track. A contact form, a page with event dates, a photo gallery, and a "they say about us" section completed the site, making it a one-stop shop for fans and anyone interested in the band's music.

Although the band has since disbanded and the website no longer exists, "Tales of Unexpected" remains a project I am proud of. Through the creation of a distinctive logo and a content-rich website, I was able to capture and communicate the band's identity effectively.
